3. How we use your information

  • Process and deliver your orders.

  • Improve our website and product offerings (for example, recommend similar items).
  • Comply with legal and tax obligations.

4. Who we share data with (and why)

  • Delivery partners/couriers — to deliver goods to your address.
  • IT/hosting providers — to run the website and store data.
  • Customer service tools — to help us respond to you.
  • Law enforcement or regulators — if we are legally required to share information.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

5. Where your data is stored & transferred

We store data on secure servers. Some service providers may store or process data outside Nigeria. If your data is transferred outside Nigeria, we require our providers to protect it by contract and appropriate security measures.

  • Customer support records: kept for 2 years after the last interaction.
  • Marketing preferences: kept until you unsubscribe.
  • Account information (if you create an account): kept until you delete the account, plus any information we must retain for legal reasons.

If you request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, unless we must legally keep some records (for example, tax law) — in which case we will keep only what the law requires and tell you why.
