At Kemcol, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Because we deal in agricultural and lifestyle products, some items can be returned while others cannot. This policy explains clearly how refunds and returns work.
1. Items eligible for return
You may return products if they are:
- Wrong item delivered.
- Damaged during delivery.
- Expired or spoilt on arrival (for food products).
- Not as described on our website.
To qualify:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery for perishable goods (fresh produce, livestock, food items).
- You must notify us within 7 days of delivery for non-perishable goods (packaged items, household lifestyle products).
2. Items not eligible for return
We cannot accept returns for:
- Fresh produce, livestock, or opened food products that were correctly delivered in good condition.
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling or poor storage after delivery.
- Sale or clearance items marked “non-returnable”.
3. Refund process
If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method (bank transfer, card, etc.) within 7–14 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- In some cases, you may choose store credit for faster replacement.

- If you are returning for any other reason (e.g., you changed your mind), you will cover the return cost.
6. Exchanges
- Where possible, we may replace an item instead of refunding (e.g., exchange damaged produce with fresh ones).
- Exchanges depend on stock availability at the time of your request.
